Jay :you_rock . Thanks.

Finished making my chin spoiler last week. Took about 4 hrs to make, quite pleased with how it looks. Its attached to the front panel with 3 bolts so can be removed quickly if it stops snowing.

They did them in black and grey iirc. The rim and raised lines on each spoke were diamond turned. I just masked that one up and rattle canned some black on to see what it looked like when i had my first Prelude about 15 years ago.

Well after a 3 week wait my Braid series 2RC wheels are here.

13×6 4×100 et 38, three piece splits. Omg i love them!! Would look better with a lower offset but i want the car to handle and keep original arches.

I just want it painted. Really going to crack on with it now. Broke out the cheapo sand blaster before i left tonight and attacked the inside of the hood, its a bit of a mess but should come up nicely. Lots of filler heading for the hood too, it looks like its been sat on a driving range with the amount of dents in it. Ill put primered pics up tomorrow.

If i dont get every scrap of rot out it will only come back in no time, plus if i dont get it to how i want it will bug me like you wouldnt beleive. Ive had my kick the door shut car ( ZX) for nearly 3 years and allthough its nice not to have to worry about it getting damaged its hardly a good advertisement for my buisiness. So its time to have a shiny daily and enjoy looking and driving it every day. Ill probably just tidy it up every now and again as needed. If i have to nip to asda ill have to take the kids though so i can use the wider parent and child spaces. :D
