This year in February/March i will be in the USA (sent by work)i will be based in the Redwood City Melno park area .As yet i'm unsure of free time on weekends but would like to catch up with anyone that may be holding motorsport type events ,if funds etc permit i may even like to do some parts hunting

Mark made it here, we BS'd for awhile last weekend. We'd like to see if we can get some more of us together. There is an autocross coming up in Marina, let's see how many people we can get to run. If you don't want to run your car, and you can fit in mine, I'll be happy to let you run it.

The Marina Airfield autocross is this sunday for anyone who can make it. Like I said before, anyone who shows and can fit in my car is welcome to try it.
The airfield is on the same road Laguna Seca is.

As far as the time? Early, plan to be there around 9:00am or before. I've not run in an event sponsored by this group (NASA) in more than three years, so I'm not up on the timing of the fisrt runs.
As far as where? I'm not sure myself, I've never been to the Marina Airfield.
The directions I've been given so far are;
HWY 1 south (way south, past Watsonville near Monterey)
To Reservation road, east.
The airfield is on Reservation rd., which is the same road the Laguna Seca Raceway is.

I'm planning on leaving San Jose (right near my shop) a little before 7:00. I'm hoping to get there around 8:00. So far, there are two of us caravaning.
Give me a call if you want to join us.

I always run an in-car video camera, If I can just get the file sizes down...
