I just bought 2 cvcc's. A 1976 and a 79. Motors are junk. Very angry after working an entire week=k on the motor only to find that it is beyond repair. Talked to some people and found that the 1200 is the way to go. my 79 body is in good enough shape but need a motor. I have a 5 speed tranny, well 2, to be exact, and have engine building know how. I just need a motor to start building and a list of what to do to it for speed. The thing is i live in a county that requires emmisions. Some one please help A.S.A.P.
Email me a list and where to find the stuff if possible. The motor is the most important thing 1st. I leave in North Carolina but will drive to get a motor or even pay to have it shipped to me i just need it.
