Just a quick note ... no offence, but your pictures are WAAAYY too big. It takes forever to download them. You could easily reduce the file sizes of all of them to 5 to 10% of their current sizes and loose no quality. That way you would have a site that is actually usable.

Yeah i know, this is the first site i've made. What do you mean by file size?? I assume this isn't the physical size of the image??

ROotUS, I've been on my P's for nearly 2yrs and have never been pulled over by the cops . I'm not sure about the power restrictions, I'll worry about that when i do get pulled over

I mean the actual size of the picture files. When you scanned them in from pictures or your digital camera you must have used some graphics manipulating software to crop them to size and save them. When you save them you need to use compression so the file sizes come down to something reasonable.

it's not that,
its that the pictures are full size pix, just been inserted into web editor, and then desiplayed smaller... i got one of the pics and made it bigger again... and its looks ok.
resize the file to the size you want it on your page in a photo editor, then insert the pics into your web page...
i think

Thanks for the info. I re-scanned the photos at a lower resolution which has helped. I now have a guestbook too.
