i am looking for a new hatch seal for 3, door hatch , which fits into a chanelalong the roof edge. seems to hard to get, any help here would be appreciated.

Mine is also completely cracked and gone, with the previous owner trying to fabricate one out of silicone. It look similar to that used to seal doors and windows. I may just head out to the hardware store.

I can get every rubber seal in the car (not always exactly the same as original, but they work perfectly) from two different manufacturers at very good prices ... except that one! Nothing they make works. So far the only place to get them I've found is Honda.
One place I know will make rubber seals in any shape if they are given a sample, but it can take some time and cost a bit. If people are interested, I can go and find out roughly how much it'll cost to get a batch of those seals made up.

I think they are looking for the seal that fits on the inside-top of the hatch, not the rear window seal posted on the SB1 site. The rear window seal is still available.

seal here in new-zealand is $100 plus 12 1/2%g.s.t., remember your dollar is at least twice of ours, $100 N.Z.is $200 u.s. dealer doesnt know weather they can get it, either.

yes sorry i did get that wrong it is the other way round almost as bad in aussie dollars.
the seal is as expensive as the whole car, a good one will sell for $500-$800.
