i just came across a 1979 honda accord(1800) automatic with exhaust problems for 50 bones. would this be an ideal engine for a swap into a 1st generation? will the fact that is an automatic make a big difference? i'm wondering if i should even bother. i have never even tryed to weld, so i wouldn't even begin to know how to correctly change engine mounts. i might just stay stock until i can come across a city turbo engine, but that might be years.
