I want to remove the a/c system stuff from under my dash so I can install a glove box, but I can't figure out how to remove it. I found the four clips, and three screws or so, but I'm lost.
I would like to take out all of the a/c parts and install the glove box. Is it possible to put glovebox on an a/c dash? - Thanks-
Tony T.

Some good information is buried in the funniest places!
Find a thread called "1751 accord inot first gen cvcc"
A/C removal and glove box installation is discussed in detail there.

Thanks Quickrick, the part that you need to remove with the glovebox comes out in one peice if you do it right. How does the glo9vebox secure in the back? Also, the tabs on the dash that secure the rubber stoppers have been cut away, as well as two small sections where it screws to the bottom of the instrument panel!! All o' this means the glovebox fits but is loose. Was a/c dealer installed? It looks as if the system on my car was put it after the car was built because the wiring doesn't match. Thanks -Tony T.-
