My father, who is a parts manager at a honda dealership, received a japanese civic engine today (cheaper to order japanese ones cause they dont want em) , however it came with dual keihin carbs on it......the thing is ...it's a '90...what i'm wondering is if these could be put on something older, cause he said he'd keep them. How might i tell? or does anyone know here about any dual carb on a 90 honda civic?? i've never heard of this.......

I saw a CRX with a 1.6-16v engine once in the junkyard, it had dual Keihins on it!! I had never seen that before, but it means you can stick carbs on that engine if you can get it in the civic, that's a plus.....

well i wonder if i could use them on a first gen civic or accord. I dont see how, but it may be possible. I also wonder if these are just the same ones on the prelude, if this is true then its probably not worth it, as i have heard that they...well....suck.
