The only place I've consistently been able to find parts for civics in vancouver area is way the hell out in Abbottsford. Just off the freeway after wonderland. It's called Pick a Part 604-792-1221 Give them a call they are really good.

I found louvers for my 79 accord at www.classicgarage.com..i dont know if they have them for the civic there, but they might. They were really cheap too. But it's in the U.S. Mine would cost 30$ american.

Hey Puff, I live in Vancouver too, but louvers aren't easy to find up here. I found some on EBay though. Go check it out, they're for a 1gen accord, maybe they'll work.
