Hey, i have a '79 special x. i live in around Vancouver. i desperatly need to buy some budget tires for it.. i wanted to get 12 or 13" sloted mags with rubber but so far can't find them.they have a very odd spacing size between the lugs.
4-3/4" for center to center of the lugs.
if any one has any tires (and rims if the tire size is larger than stock 12") stock or something decent.. for around 100 bones gimmie a shout.
yes i need all four. but if ya only have two... if the price or tire/rim are right i may take them. people in around the lower-main land only please. thanx

They're not 4-3/4", they are 120mm. There are stupid numbers of posts and threads about wheels and tyres here ... do some searches.
