Will this fit a '76 Civic 1200? I would imagine it would take a little less pedal effort (not that there's any to begin with).

The bigger the M/C bore, the more effort, but less travel required. In other words this M/C with its 16th" bigger bore will require more muscle but you will move the pedal less distance, better if your a midget on steroids. :)

This can always be offset by using a different size piston on the cylinders or caliper. How much work do you want to cause yourself? It may be a good purchase if you where going to use the USA wagon front brakes.
