Who makes the best sounding muffler for the first gen civic?

I want a deep low pur at idle, with a slight growl at 4K and loud roar at 7k. I don't care for any fancy tips, or chrome for that matter, just a good flowing system with a sound that will make me proud.

Any ideas?

I use a DynoMax mini Turbo muffler. It's universal and it had to be installed by a muffler shop, some cutting and welding. It's very easy on the wallet. Mine has been in for a couple of years and is holding up just fine. It sounds great! I love to here my car coming down the srteet when someone else is driving it. My ears prick up and I say to myself... "Is that my car?"
Good low grumble.

My only complaint about my Flowmaster is that the welds have started to rust. If you don't live in a salty area, you might look into one. Not as easy on the wallet, unless your buddy works at the factory, but definitely worth putting on the car. I'm not sure if it has more or less back pressure than the Dynomax; your muffler shop will let you know one way or the other.
