I have a 79 1200 civ and have a chance to buy a 77 1300 accord engine. anyone know how easy/hard it will be to drop it in?

in 77 the US Accord came with a 1600. I'm sure that it will easily go into a CVCC, but I don't know about going into a 1200. But honestly, you have more potential with a hopped up 1200.

The australian version only need the flywheel machined to make it narrower so it will clear the cross member when fitted. Then the exhaust mods to suit. Nice conversion for easy torque.
