I have just been through the same kind of ordeal. Just remove your fuel filler cover and take it to a paint specialist. They will be able to get a good match from this (as long as it is the yellow you are after).

The Honda Color Codes are -

B - Black
LH - Gunmetallic Black
RW - Matterhorn White
RX - Midland Silver Metallic
RY - Edinburgh Brown Metallic
RZ - Indiana Orange
SR - Madrid Red
QG - Sashicast Red
Z - Nonsanding
ZZ - Nonsanding

According to Honda's '76 Civic Parts Book. It's got everything except the yellow... which is the color of my car too.

BTW, I use the Integra Type R yellow (Y56) to touch up small areas on my Civic.
