In case you guys don't know. I have registered and set up my site so that it can be reached through http://www.civic1200.com/ The old URL ( http://civic1200.hypermart.net ) will always work but I thought I'd just let you all know that we are now officially a DOT COM page.
Now to get rid of the popups. I am getting just as sick as the rest of you when it comes to popups, trust me. But it is expensive to get rid of them.
It will cost me approximately $120/year just to get rid of the popups and to expand my CGI and Hosting space. The upgrade that I would really like is the $240/year upgrade. It would increase my hosting capabilities so that I would not have to archive my site again in a few months (that is the rate at which it is going right now). I feel bad asking for money but it is not for me. It is for your site. All I need is at least 12 people that will give $10 USD for the basic upgrade. If I can get 24 people to give just $10 USD each then I could get the better upgrade. Just think.. NO MORE POPUPS.

Hey Richard, I once installed some anti-popup program on my computer, after some guy on the board talked about it. Since then it has been no problem for me. You can get these programs on the net. Anyway, just thought you or anyone else might like to know.
