I was just at our local wrecker and seen a perfect windshield wasted as the person had tried cutting the rubber around the glass and prying on the glass.
Using any moderately sharp knife and cut the rubber lip off the INSIDE of the windshield seal. Then it can be gently pushed out with the remainder of the rubber seal protecting the edge of the glass.

Thanks for the tip. I went to the wreckers today and everyone of the Civic winsheilds are busted.
I have one good one left car and was going to take it out soon.

No problem, make sure you keep the seal from your broken one. LOL just start to push it out with your feet and have someone start to fold the inner lip around the metal of the car.
