Has anyone seen or used any of those canadian tire spring clamps to lower their car? If used will they screw up the shocks or permanantly compress the springs?(even after they are taken off)

One more question while Im here. How much juice should my turn signal take? You can hear a definite drain on the engine when my indicator is blinking. Oh ya and whats up with my brakes and headlights? Its only happened once but when I pushed in on the brake pedal my headlights went out! It did this about three times in a row when I tried it but then hasn't done it since????

Well, I've never heard of these spring clamps, but it is Crappy Tire we're talking about here. As for your brake/headlight problem, normally this should never occur, since the the headlights and brakelights are on different fuses. Is your electrical system wired correctly? You probably have a defective fuse or wire or circuit.
Now I'm not an expert, so anybody feel free to correct me.

As with any electrical problem, you're going to have to just get your hands dirty. Get yourself a good wiring diagram and a volt meter and go at it. There could be infinite problems that could cause those symptoms. None of us, experts or not, will be able to just point to the problem without seeing it.
Make sure your fuses are making good connection in the fuse box. Sometimes you have to lightly sand the part they snap into to get rid of corrosion.

i was researching into these clamps a while ago. they are illegal to use in australia, and most places i think. they screw down a coil or two in your car and aparently dont get in the way. good for an emergency weekend cruise mod. for your mums camry. also can be reversed to push coils further away and raise a car. that would be fun, not the sort of thing i would buy new coils for. from what i learnt, they are rubbish. better off learning how to take apart your suspension and gent handy with an angle grinder!

The headlight prob could be a loose earth wire in the tailight/s.
