I picked up some used door and hatch seals for my civic and I am having the toughest time getting the hatch seal in. The old one had disintegrated so much that I can not tell if I am putting the new one in correctly. Does any one know if the ridged side should be down or up? And should I be using some sort of cocking to hold it in place? any other suggestions would be helpful.
