Daniel, I have 91 si seats in three first gen civics, On one of them i welded on a extension bracket on one side of the seat and then re-drilled holes to match them to the original track location. On the other two i cut out the original frame mounts(in the car) and welded in new supports for the 91 tracks. In my 79' wagon i'm using 98' integra gsr seats and with these ones i just drilled new holes in the seat and used nut inserts to mount up my original tracks..good luck!!

Justin

I did the same, used the original tracks and drilled new holes in late model integra seats. I had to bend the slider lever down a little to clear the seat -total installation about 30 minutes.

I don't know how I do this, but it seems like every time I go to the junk yard I get lucky...

These are out of a 1972 Saab Sonett III ? It was a small two seater with a fiber glass body. These seats hold you in real good. They are a little ugly right now, but can you see the potential with a professinal re-upholster job?! They also have a real simple direct bolt on track/rail.

I've set in those before...they need extra butt support, but things were very tight in a Sonnet. By the way the Saab Sonnet was a fully fibreglass body made with epoxy rather than polyester resins, which made them very strong, but tricky to repair.

It looked like it had a little clump of a motor like a V4 or something but I didn't want to sound stupid. It turns out that it did indeed have a V4! See "History" in the above link. Good reading.

HI,
I'm using a Sparco Sprint (Junior) seat in the driver's side,u only have to use two steel plates to increase the wide for the sparco seat.
