nope, sorry. Honda changed the prelude totally in 83

if the 82 Accord has EL or EC engine code it should,Here in Aus we put an 81 Auto Accord box ito an 83 Honda city,Non-turbo,with minimal Hassle,81 Accord 5sp box with 73-79 civic bell housing will fit eb1-3 no problem
