I've got a minty 79 wagon that I'm going to have some fun with. I've got an 1800 with a five speed from a prelude to put in it as well as some wheel flares and other goodies. I have been told that the stock ground effects from a chevy sprint or a firefly fit on a 1200, so I'm looking at maybe getting two sets and splicing them together to acommidate the longer wheel base. Someone else said that there are bumpers from a 1990's european car that fit on them as well. (any ideas?)
What I haven't figured out yet is what to do with my wheels and brakes. I want to put some 15 inch rims on it but I'm sure everyone is aware of the bolt pattern problem. Since I have to take the suspension apart to cut the springs I thought that maybe I'd look into just converting the car over to disk brakes from something else and forgoing the headache of fu@#ing with my hubs.
Does anybody know of a conversion? I'd prefer to stick to something out of a stock newer model honda then buy a kit, but I'm interested in any ideas.

The bumpers they are probably referring to are off of an Innocenti De Tomaso, 3cyl 1L turbo. Cute little car, look it up on the internet under a search engine.
I had never heard the ground effects thing before. I'll have to look into it.

If the wagon is a US model, you can put the drive flange and brakes from a CRX in your uprights. This gives bigger brakes and changes the bolt pattern. Do a search on 'brakes' using the keyword search to the left.
