Do the turn indicators on our cars work with a fuse of some sort? For the past three weeks my signals have been blinking...slower.....and slower......and slower, to the point now that they may as well not work at all. Tell me its not the wiring!

ok next stoopid question...where can I find it? By the way,relay was the word I was lookin for instead of fuse but it didnt want to come to me yesterday

Their are actually two relays..one for the signals the other for the hazards. They are located on the left side of the steering column(i'm assuming it's a left hand drive?)to the left of the choke cable. One of them is bolted in place and the other is attached to iit with a rubber strap. Each of the relays have two wires on them.
