First off...ya know, they really should devote a whole area of this website to the first generation Accord. As far as I know there isn't another one out there, and the Civic and Accord parts are basically interchangable (as is the Prelude from those years).

Anyway, two questions....has anyone ever tried using 1st gen. Prelude springs in an '82 Accord? Second, what will it take to get the engine out of an '85 Prelude (the one with the twin carbs) into my car and could i use the original EK1 5-speed tranny?
