It is nice, Justin didn't you have a ZEX kit in it when you came bown this summer? And wasn't the bottle set-up different? I like how the nosel is in the box to help clean the look up. And is it just me or is there only one 12 now? But hay I am glad your getting the recognition you deserve for it. Really should shoot for a paper back mag for it. Anywho.. keep it up man... And should have Adrian do a article of it on here.. and of a couple other cars you have done.. like the blue one for you sister-inlaw.

SO are you running a ZEX dry injection shet-up or NOS? And I know your running 50 shot (or 55) pretty often is that with stock internals on the ZC engine? Wont it fry the engine after a while? Or is that just a bunch of crap?

its the integra xsi (zc)it's identical to the 86-89 integra d16a1. all custom motor mounts, custom axles, and a lot of wiring to do(you can go with 90-91 civic si tranny and that way you can use your original axles) wish i knew this before i did mine!!

Justin and Twyla,

Can you give me a time line?

I mean when did you do what? I'm curious to know how long it took you.

I'm guessing you stripped it down and took it too a paint shop. To me the paint job is most impressive.

We've had the car about 3 years. we drove it stock for a few months then Justin took out a Grand Am (wrote off the Grand Am and the wagon had about $500 damage) we then drove the wagon around for a few more months with mismatched body panels. it went to the body shop and was there for about 3 months and then it took about 2 months (evenings and weekends) to finish it up.

Cool car Justin, maybe I can see it in person some day, I live in the GVRD. I own a rough '76 Civic, looks like a little bumble bee, yellow with factory black vinyl roof and black accents at bottom of rockers. I want to put a newer engine into my car too, maybe you can suggest one and help me install it.

Awesome picture lay-out, I only aspire to that prefection.........

Really tight cars, I love doing audio installations. I do all of my own, and all of my friend's too. One of my favorite pasttimes, right now I'm working on getting a 13.1" LCD screen from a laptop into my truck (maybe my Civic one day... '76 1200), and a PS2. Any pictures of your installs?

Also, because of Twyla's Civic I've decided to paint mine a metallic orange, sorry to steal the idea. Before I was just going to do a bright regular orange (Like the General Lee on the Dukes)

I'm looking to go with a very deep midnight blue for my cvcc, and at some point in the distant future two twin chinese dragons crawling out of the front wheel wells breathing fire. The dragons are going to be in platinum metallic and I'll most likely do them myself. I just hope that it turns out as nice as all of yours i've seen!

John,

There are not so many in the US. I have one. I ran one down about a month ago-Powdered friend-names Tom. Saw one broken on the road about a year ago. Left a note-no response. Some one left me a note about three years ago wanting to know if I wanted to sell the obviously broken hunk for parts. Didn't call-felt too guilty. Ran into one about five years ago-we stopped at a bar and had a beer then went our separate ways. An that is it. Glad to part of an elite club.

Roger,
are you talking about 2 dr trunks (boots over here)? they seem to be much rarer in the U.K., I have only seen one other with a boot, and that's out of a total of about 7 or 8 cars that I've seen in the past 5 yrs! Unfortunately the weather claims mk1 Civics much more quickly over here....bl**dy English rain!!

John

P.S. I've NEVER seen a Wagon or a four door over here.......I'll just have to keep looking..

I mean any first gen Civic. I have never seen a 4 door and saw a wagon about 10 years ago, when I lived in FL. Say, is bl**dy an obscene word? Is it more like damn or f***ing?

Roger,
Don't the English blokes in films always say things like: 'Bloody hell its the Rozzers, lets scarper!'
Surely you've heard Michael Caine come out with such classics as: 'You were only supposed to blow the bloody doors off!' or 'Don't you point those Bloody spears at me!'
It's more like damn than F**K.....
The F-word is more often used in films by sad (Insert your own expletive) like Hugh Grant...what a tit, an embarassment to the British nation....anyway...back to good old honda civics...
