Would an H22A DOHC VTEC be too large to fit into a first gen?
it looks pretty large so I'm not sure...

UMM YEAH!! The dohc vtec's (1.6-1.7-1.8)are too large to fit the 1200 chassis, the motors will fit in the cvcc platform(due to the longer nose)

The H22 is even larger than the above mentioned...But with time and a lot of Money anything is possible!!
