What 5-speed transmissions are there other than the stock one that will bolt to an EK1 engine? I want to build one up but the stock 5-speed doesn't have much of an overdrive gear and is very annoying on the highway, I need something that will keep the revs low to save my ears and gas.

My 1980 1300 dx 5 speed trans bolts up to the EK-1 block. I believe its a GJ trans. It has overdrive in 4th & 5th gears & the final drive ratio is 4.933:1. I had to have the 1300 flywheel machined to fit the crank though. Had to open up both the bolt holes & the recess for the crank.
