SO THE QUESTION IS CAN I USE MY 78 SLEVES
FOR THOSE KONIS INSERTS?

No, it has been done but the cost of the machine work is more than finding the right casings and using them. The right casings can be modified to suit your supension requirements, but is not required. Modifying the early casings costs much less than trying to make the early inserts fit the non openable late casings

So which casings/sleves are the right one for the koni wet kit? Also is this classic garage place in the USA or Australia? If they are in the USA does any body know if they send stuff to Australia?
Pedders and KYB produce gas shocks (in Australia) for 1st gen civics would these be better or worse than the koni wet kit?

75 civic USA, I'm not sure that the other countries got the casings for the wet kits.
73-74 use the koni dry inserts.
They all came with wet inserts from the factory, just diferent inside diameters, make them use different inserts.
If I lived in Oz I would contact Adrian. He may have some other sources.
