Pillar has been removed, I made a pattern from the drivers side and reversed it using carbon paper.
It’s a complicated piece to re-produce.
In the second picture below there is a bar welded holding the pillar in place for when the outer skin is removed. Also note where the fuse box goes it is pushed in in comparison to the drivers side and even the spot welds are torn partially away. I had push most of it back out using an impact gun with a hammer head on it. Worked out really well.
