Ran 16km

This morning after watching part of the Scotia bank Toronto marathon.
Had a smoothie with just banana and strawberries and my reg powders and supplements.
Have a very sore neck and left shoulder after the run. Left shoulder was in pan halfway through the run and my neck was frozen by the time I got home.
My run was ok, felt tired, I think I need to get more running in per week. Very nice fall day, cold and chilly with a bit of a wind.
