Dry or wet cell? I guess you used bigger wire to run it back there.
I am thinking to do the same.

Normal lead/acid battery.
And yes. 2big New wire's to starter motor

Did you put it under the spare tire, I am thinking where the jack goes.

I, v placed it on the floor next to right taillight.
Spare tyre space is not high enough if you still got Your tyre
