That must have felt good. Car looks great. I had my maiden run a couple of weeks ago (just a little less legally than you did it). :) Too bad you didn't get 075 RPG.

Thanks everyone for the comments, It really does feel good to take the car out for nice day drives. I have discovered though how a two speed Hondamatic is more an in town, run around kinda car :lol: Oh well I'm still enjoying the cruising and getting the thumbs up from passing motorists.

Well I did free up a nice spot to start working and preping the civic yesterday so hopefully I will get it moved over and start the suspension swap this weekend.

Islander,

What kind of set-up do you have going for your windshield fluid reservoir? Details please (i.e. where did you acquire it?)

The original set up had the washer bag that hung over the battery. I wasn't into covering my brand new optima battery, so I took the washer bottel and bracket out of a 78' civic and just extended the wires to the other side of the engine bey. The electrical conector was the same, so it was very simple.

Hey everyone, been a while...... I got the Civic of it's wheel dollies today and washed off about two years of dust. Some how it still looks as brill as the day i parked it. Makes me want to get back on to things before the start of car show season here on the west coast. will post up some new pics soon 8)

Was a sad day today.... not at all the way I expected this car to end up. RIP little car 😢
