Thanks, I can't wait to see the look on the wife's face if I can get her in the car.

They were necessary when I saw them. Thanks to everyone who put in the work to get them developed. (very well-built unit)
The guy at the bc racing dealer laughed at me when I asked him for a set of coil overs for a 77 civic, the next thing out of his mouth was (SOB)they make coil overs for a 77 civic, made me laugh :funny

After looking for wagon knuckles and second gen hubs with not a lot of success, I started thinking of other options. What I produced is a way to use 1200 knuckles with 94 integra hubs and outer cv joints. The reason was to be able to go to a parts store and get a bearing or cv joint if i needed.
So, after lots of digging through specs and measurements this is my version of a 4/100 swap with motor swap.
first was to find a bearing that would fit the knuckle.
what i found is a bearing that is the same old as the knuckle but 4mm wider with a 42mm id.
so this is my fix

unsure but it worked quite well.
I had the hubs cut to 42mm with a 9mm/45 collar to fit the hub.
image.png
blasted everything.
image.png
I measured wrong and had my friend take 5mm off the inner knuckle.
image.png
then i had him make a 1 mm spacer oops.
image.png
everything fits well and no binding

The gap between the hub and the inner cv is 7mm so 4mm more than what it should be, but it still sits past the middle of the inner race.

I am using the 1stgen castle nut and will drill a hole for the pin. the castle nut threads run to the bottom of the nut and will catch more thread.
image.png
That's it for now, I'm still working on a rear dust cover.
image.png
This is not road tested and not certified in any way. I am comfortable with taking the risk and feel it's safe but that's my opinion

Mounts and pulley finally showed up.

Full lock no binding

next steps will be
*box rear x member
*notch oil pan
*notch front x member
*gusset side mounts

I ordered a pedal assembly from Willwood and an intake from Edelbrock.

I'm thinking of cutting the fire wall out, it might be easier to start over for mounting the pedals and intake.

This is such a great thread for me. I'm almost certain I'm going to swap a D-series into my '75. You're going above and beyond which makes me happy I can do this :D .
Really great work- and thanks for posting all the measurements and info!

Thanks for the kind words
I don't know where to start, I haven't done a post in a while.
First the front inner seal for the wheel bearing all I did was flip the inner seal in the CV outers and it has less than a mm gap so I'm okay with that.
image.png
I had front caliper adaptors made, and everything fits nice i used 94 integra braked its tight but 13'' wheels will still fit image
The rear conversion I ended up finding sealed bearings the same as the 1200 bearings and had the hubs machined to the same size
image.png
image.png
image.png
with 87 prelude brackets everything bolts up with no machining of cone spacer. I flipped calipers left to right and was able to use the E- brake cable holders E- brake handle mounted and shifter pocket.
image.png
image.png
I ended up remaking the front X member and cutting out the fire wall and replaced it with 1/8'' plate
image.png
mounted 94 Subaru seats. I ordered a Wilwood pedal assembly "nice unit "but the first problem is the poor fit to clear the steering column. The pedals are so close to the wheel, well it would be super uncomfortable to use and a bad pedal location. I didn't like the steering wheel location so after lots of trips to the wrecker I found a column that would work off a 89 civic kinds of. I cut them up 2 lengthened them and centered them to what I would be happy with. When i called Wilwood and told them what I'm doing i was told to get 13/16 master's for a manual brake car that is all wrong i am currently on the fence if a 3/4 or 5/8 master will be right. I will have a better idea when i get a pressure gauge. I used a 5-1 pedal ratio setup. I think the assembly would be fine for a right hand drive car but for a left I would consider individual pedal assemblies

With the new fire wall / column it looks like I will be able to use the dash and heater box.
image.png
Mounted rack boxed rear X member and mounted shifter.
image.png
image.png
Mounted radiator. Put a in tank fuel pump in.

Thats where I am at for now. Thanks for looking

Hello @olag76
As you can see some magic has happened.
99.99 of the images have been restored.

Please I hope members going forward will attach images rather than linking from a third party.

Oh, how this topic is so inspiring considering the path my little car is going through.

Thanks for taking the time to share Olag :you_rock
