Total cost for complete build of 4 New coilovers Will be around 130Euro.
Just a bit less then BC-racing

Take the effort to grind all the bumps and burrs out off the intake,welded thread to house the hose pillars(is that correct english?) to provide vacuum to the brake booster.rewelded the thermostat housing,so that it lines up with the other pipe.

good to be back!!!

So time to refresh here.

I'v rebuild a EN4 oilpump to fit my new engine .
I took it apart,cleaned ,and wet blasted the housing.
When i rebuild it,i used the thinest gasket i had,the rotor was stuck,and did,nt rotate by hand,i remade a gasket 0,01 thicker,stuck again .I did this until the pump rotor turned freely by hand.I asume this is the correct way to rebuild it?
