It's so over the line that I've installed a dishwasher out back of the shop for the exact same purpose!

I couldn't do that to my dishwasher, although I have thought about it. :P

I bought a 5 litre ultrasonic cleaner that I can easily fit a 2 barrel sidedraught carburetor into. Anything bigger and I'd take it to a place I know that has a larger sized ultrasonic cleaner. An ultrasonic cleaner cleans everywhere, in places that no other method could reach, which is especially important when it comes to cleaning oil pathways in an engine.

Ultrasonics are cool, somewhere online I read a how to on how to make one, that is a project I would really like to take on after a while....
I still have to finish my homemade TIG.... years on that one.

Now before my build gets totally jacked, here are some pics on the reassembled motor. It has taken me a little bit of time to put together, just on the basis that it is the first motor I have done and doing everything by the book. Now all I need is an engine hoist :D

The motor is finale back in the car!! :cheer_leader Just a few little things to finish up before it gets fired up tho. For now all of the wiring is connected and drive shafts are in. Still need to pick up a brake master and some fluids and then it will be good to go.
