I wish I knew ... the shop that's doing the work sneaks mine in between the insurance jobs ... insurance companies are very stringent that work gets done quickly ... I'm more concerned that it gets done right ... hence, I don't push them to get it done ... so far, I'm very pleased with the work product. I'm sure it will get sprayed soon. :)

My paint guys exactly the same and squeazed mine in between insurance jobs. He had it 7 weeks.

With the cut in complete, it has been reassembled and is now waiting to get sprayed with some nice new Pack White color.

Yeah, I know what you mean.

No new paint yet. However, the body side moulding holes have been shaved.

I think I'll have to treat myself to new spray hose to match the nice looking hood. :D

Thats funny, I had to replace the same hose on mine after mine got painted. The old crusty hose just wasn't cutting it anymore :)

Finally got sprayed with fresh paint. It has not been buffed out as of yet. Here's some pics of the new paint. :D

I'll have to take a closer look. That wasn't a smooth surface to start with and some new metal needed to be welded to reattach the left hand seam. The bumper will nicely cover up any defect.
