Bumper Holes
These holes are on the top of my bumper "filler plate." What are they for?

A spot to run the wire for accessory lighting?

The 77 and prior Civic, cvcc or 1200, have the indicators mounted above the bumper (USDM). 78-79 had them below. I suggested "accessory lighting" ie fog lights etc... indicators are a necessity, although most people don't think their use is

Yes, I have a 79 and they are below. I guess it could be for accessory lighting. They are factory holes, too.
