Well this is it!!!! the final push this weekend to get the car to the paint shop on Monday woo woo :D
I have my work cut out for me tho, it isn't going to be easy, there is still a fair few things to finish off,
-Finish stripping paint from engine bay
-Finish body work on end panel
-Stop for a beer brake
-Strip paint from door jams
-Remove gear selector and e brake cable
-probably do for a top up on the beer by now
-scrape old under coat from under side of body, engine bay and wheel wells.
-Apply rust converter to any surface rusted areas.
I think that should sum things up, but I'm sure there will be more. Here are some pics of were I sit so far.

It has been a VERY busy few days. Just an up date on the project. The car made it down to the shop on Sunday without any problems, except for a little bit of rain, didn't get much of a chance to work on it do to Mondays been busy at the shop. Tuesday got the outside of the car primed and the interior painted. Today I was so stoked on the progress from yesterday I decided to get to the shop early (4:30am) to get some more work done. I managed to completely prep the car and get all the needed seam sealing done by 7:30. The car got painted first thing today :D :D In my honest opinion it turned out AMAZING!! absolutely everything I was hopping for. I also picked up my steel braided break lines I had made up, also I am very pleased. I will be bringing it home tomorrow to start the reassembly.
