The crossmember is ready to go back on. :)
The engine is now back in my garage. :D
I'm going to detail the engine before it goes back in. :)

Detailed the manifold, manifold bracket and heat shield.
Noticed my heater hoses need to be replaced. :)

That's a nice level of gloss on the last piece there. What paint did you use?

Brandon, that's Dupli-Color Engine Enamel Ceramic low gloss black - DE1634. Claims 500 degree protection. They have a higher gloss black if you prefer more shine.

I used high temp VHT flat black ceramic manifold paint on the exhaust manifold which no one will ever see but for these pics. :)

Started the day finishing the prep work for the install.
Put in the front crossmember and tried to figure out the
best way to attach the chains to the engine & transmission.
It took a while and a whole lot of finess to get the engine back
into the car. That's where this story ends for today. :)
