Glad to see that you're on the right track! Do you think you'll have the car together in time for Carlisle this year?

Starting to put the electrical back together.

Can someone show me where the negative ground on the battery cable attaches to on the body?

Also, there is a 2 prong connector that I can not seem to find a mate for? Is this a hookup for a hondamatic or something that I should ignore?

There was a short black ground wire that I didn't label.
Does it belong on the regulator mounting bolt where I placed it? :)

The top one looks like the one that attaches to the transmission.

Th second one - what are the wire colors? Where on the car is it located?

I think there is a ground wire mounted to the radiator support. I will check my car tonight.

I'm pretty sure you are correct. The question I have is where on the radiator support? I'm attaching a pic that shows what you suggest. However, it is blocked by the ac receiver.

Also, the unidentified connector comes right off the main loom not far from the firewall. It is solid black and solid green to my eye. :)

Black and green -screenwash bag , fitted onto the battery retaining strap on uk models.
Neg wire attached to trans/gearbox, then trapped behind top mounting bolt of radiator [this being a brass/copper plate, rather than a spade connection.
Plus earthstrap from camshaft cover to hinge panel on ours.
All based on uk experience, may of course differ, elsewhere.
Hope it's of some use
Pete

Pete, thanks for the post. I was just going through my service manual and made the "pee bag connection".
I guess I should mount the radiator and AC fan and things should start to fall into place.
If possible, if anyone can post a pic of the neg wire where it attaches to the radiator would be helpful :)

Mine is mounted behind the top left bolt of the radiator. It's too dark to get a good picture, but it's there. I can try and go down there with a light tomorrow.
