Tough call. I suspect that to those not in the know, #2 may almost pass for factory height, whereas #1 definitely has a lowered look to it. Generally I think the lower the better, but in this instance I think I'm leaning towards #2.

... or #1... lol, like I said - tough call :P

You're absolutely right Josh, I hadn't thought about it that way. No. 1 is the way to go... I think. :P

I'd say 2 as well. 1 is a little too low. Number 2 looks about how the front of mine looks with the sagging stock springs.

Just don't leave the rear too high, you will find it too light and the car will want to swap ends in fast turns...

You have 70 series tires by the looks of it? Looking at it, your car looks pretty much the same height as mine, at least in the pictures I have it does. That's right, I keep a file on everybody's cars. :P

edit: I was just reading the BC Coilovers thread and your front is 5mm lower than mine, and my rear is 10mm lower, based on the measurements you posted. So with your 70 series tires (I'm assuming they are), it will look like #1 when you lower it to the equivalent of #2 on my car. Hopefully that makes sense.

So, I'll be going with the #1 option.

Mike S always says they do a better job of filling the guard. I just prefer the wider profile of the 185/60, not to mention I'm going to need all the grip I can get with my new engine!

Grip, yes indeed!!. you'll notice that first can rip the tires off
mine are pretty worn already. 175/60/13 advans not a good choice for the 1/4mile.
