Tough call. I suspect that to those not in the know, #2 may almost pass for factory height, whereas #1 definitely has a lowered look to it. Generally I think the lower the better, but in this instance I think I'm leaning towards #2.

You have 70 series tires by the looks of it? Looking at it, your car looks pretty much the same height as mine, at least in the pictures I have it does. edit: I was just reading the BC Coilovers thread and your front is 5mm lower than mine, and my rear is 10mm lower, based on the measurements you posted. So with your 70 series tires (I'm assuming they are), it will look like #1 when you lower it to the equivalent of #2 on my car. Hopefully that makes sense.
So, I'll be going with the #1 option.
