1976 Civic CVCC..road to..uhhh...somewhere, hopefully
installed a Weber carburetor on it...and new plugs , wires, distributor cap and rotor....she is still smoking though..waiting on y friend to do the head gasket test
5/27
.. messed around with the turn signal bulbs ..they were rusting out so i opted with side marker lights from a Honda Pilot...going "JDM" means the no parking light, only turn signals...gonna put some LED lights in them so they are brighter, hopefully also decided to install my JDM illuminated license plate finally,..waiting for my non-sealed headlights to come in......

I have had the illuminated plate for awhile...was just waiting for the right car to hook it up to... um.. i haven't heard anything about the pvc system..i m new to this carburetor crap...hahaha...ill look into it..right now, i just need it to run right.
also.. i found some bright LEDs that are for the dome lights and decided that they would be better for the turn signals..

If you take those signal light enclosures off and soak them for 24 hours in 5% vinigar, most of that rust will come off. Take a wire brush and get off as much of the rest as you can, clean them and paint the inside with POR15. It will save them rusting through.

anybody wanna tell me whats the best amount??
anybody wanna tell me whats the best amount??
Is your dipstick reading full?
If not, put more in,
If overfull, then get some out.
The amount depends on which engine or sump you have.
Check your service manual that you have bought since getting the car.
it will tell you what you need to know.
US, 3.2Qts with the filter.
