They were moulded out of clear polyurethane, made in a silicone mould that was made from a NOS original.
Civic Garage for all your rubber seal and weatherstrip needs.

Bob that's going to look really nice when you are finished. Does that mean your camshaft pulley is going to get the gold treatment?

Not quite sure I'll be doing anything with the pulley.
Unfortunately, one of the downsides of having AC is blocking the view of the upper timing belt cover.

As far as i am aware at this point, it is possible to 3D print just about anything. What is in question is the type of material that a 3D printing uses. The consumer market uses cheaper plastics that no doubt could not withstand engine compartment heat. But the nature of this new technology is changing all the time. Who knows what kind of parts may be available for the first gen in the future? Only time will tell.

Bob,
I was looking elsewhere and saw the air-con installed on a car for the first time.
I see your point with regard to the transparent pulley cover, the air-con just takes up so much space.
I've thought of mounting a supercharger there in the past, and also a large screen-wash and pump for rallying.
Just thoughts though.
[mind, never say never].
Pete
ps your car is superb, congrats.
