- Finally a good result with the grille. Took me 6 or 7 times, mainly caused by terrible masking tape..in the end finally found a good one, that didn't ripped the paint right off. Also attached the new emblem, looks sweet!

Got lucky with the last '78-'79 emblem CMSNL.com had to offer. A friend of mine has the last '73-'77 emblem they had in stock.
The shocks are indeed from a 2nd gen. CRX ('88-'92). It will be a try-out when all is ready. I'm thinking about putting the front springs on the rear shocks, but I've to gather more info on that.

I actually used very simple Motip paint:
Primer Grey
Wheel Spray Silver
Masking the silver line with Slim Tape Gold and then
Lacquer Black Matt
I'm thinking about clear coating it for more protection, but on the other hand, I don't want it to be glossy.

- Very happy with the result of a fresh sandblasting (glass/bead blasting) job! Thinking about polishing the outer ring and painting the spokes black, though not quite sure about that..

- Rear chassis parts all cleaned up and painted with rust protector. Again a couple of poly bushings from Super Pro will enhance the suspension.

Back in black!
Just picked my wheels and brackets up from the powdercoater. Very happy with the result and can't wait how they'll look when the tire and centercap or on.
