Its clear now I have alot on my plate.
-More wiring! (not as bad)
-Cutting and grinding (Dang I even have to grind off the battery trey!)
-Make mounts and brakets
-Make axles
-Shift linkage
-Cleaning and painting the engine bay,
-Fuel plumbing
I dont even know how I'm gonna get the ehaust down pipe over the front cross member..

on my swaps i actually found that the shift stabilizer bar was helpful in the positioning of the engine. It didn't need any modifications whatsoever, only the shift rod itself needed to be lengthened a bit iirc. For the exhaust, there are two options. 1st is to find an hf, cx, hx civic manifold and basically weld your exhaust downpipe to it and curve it out between the crossmember and front valence. Justin did this on his wagon and so did I on my 76. 2nd option is to make up a new crossmember or modify the existing one for clearance. I helped my cousin (jsvteck) modify his. He should have a picture of it, hopefully he reads this and can post one. Tip, something I found to be extremely useful was to make the shift rod adjustable. I just welded a threaded rod and sleeve into the actual shift rod so I can always adjust the 'neutral' position of my shifter to my liking. Let me know if that makes sense as I'm typing on my phone's tiny screen and my head is about to explode. My son took over my laptop and playing Call of Duty LOL!

Thanks lay,
Those are some great tips, I will utilize them for sure. Especially the adjustable shift linkage.
Hey will the shifter bolt right into the cock pit as well?

I think Randy or someone modified a newer Honda shifter to work, but I'm still using the Civic's stock shifter. Works fine for me. I just shortened it about an inch, which I shouldn't have cuz now it's a little short

I have my pre made integra harness laying a bit in place and it looks comfortable. Tmro i will be doing some engine bay grinding to fit the D16A1 for mounting. Do i need to grind off the tq rod tower?
