It amazes me that this one just appeared when I needed it, plus the new keys are a bonus, and it'll be nice to have an OEM spare as a back up.

ya,. i just pm'd u steph. so like I said brake shop was just worried cause if they bend out the top line from that big old nut thing that the end of the line hooks up too,. with out that they are saying there well be too much vibration???

hmmmmmm,... got the fronts in no problem,.. the back hoses are still good no cracks, but I do want to get the backs on to. notice a big diff allready

my keys look like that, I love the big old factory keys, but ya 3 in ur pocket is kinda too much,. door hatch egnition,..lol wow! I hate it at times.

steph here's a shot of the rear brake line connection, the fitting for the rea is differnt then the new hoses, the fronts work great bu the rear wont fit great, it well work but there would be to much vibration caus theres no solid clip holding the line if you just bend the line 90 degree's down. unless i take those rear lines in and have west can hydrualic do up that fitting it would be a lot safer then having it vibrate all the time and risk the line to crack :?

The line doesn't vibrate because it's held in place the same way the front line is. Once you get that old line off, it will all make sense. I'll take a photo of mine and show you. It looks 100% like that's how it was made by Honda.

That's exactly the same length as mine were, slightly longer on the rear is the way I remember it. You've got the correct lines, but it sounds like whoever fitted them used the wrong ones at the front. There were two sets, and the shorter ones were exactly the same length as the OEM front lines. If you still have the old front line, check it against the ones you have left, and you'll see they are identical in length. Anyway, please take this back to the braided lines discussion, as this is my project thread, and I don't want to fill it with off topic discussions.
