Someone mentioned crx seats in the civic. Are they are straight bolt-in ? Are there any seats better than standards that are easy to fit?

I've put seats out of a Ford Telstar TX-5 (Aus car, basically a Mazda 626) into a '74 Civic.
The track width was almost right on (just needed to drill the holes a little bigger in the front).
The track length of the Telstar seats was about 5cm longer. Excess track was cut off the back, and a short piece of flat 25x3mm steel was drilled, bent and welded on.
Some paint and bolting the seats in was all that was needed after that.
2 - 3 hours work.
Seats were purchased for A$50 for the pair, are in very good condition, and are one hell of a lot better than the standard seats.
Two minor problems:
- seat height is slightly increased (but I'm over 6' and it's not a problem for me)
- the seats are slightly wider - getting pretty close to the handbrake.

I used mid 80's CRXsi seats in my 79 CVCC, but it was not a simple bolt on. I had to make new brackets.
