if you find that no one answers this message, try searching city turbo
you might find something.

the left side engine mount bolts straight in, the reaction rod and bottom mount need minor mods.

Firstly about 6 months ago, last of the turbo motors were brought out of japan, meaning you can forget getting anything from japan. Your only source is wreckers in Australia, New Zealand, and maybe a couple of other countries.

Secondly you really need a half cut to save yourself alot of trouble. And I'll bet you will have a very hard time finding one, sure you can still get the motor and gearbox for $800-1000AUS, but what about the wiring harness, computer, sensors, resistor pack etc. Buying these seperately will get quite expensive. I got my half cut for $1600AUS last December, when I enquired last July they wanted $2500-3000AUS

Thirdly Don't forget about
- exhaust system (2.5 inch) $800-1000
- intercooler + piping $800-1500
- fuel system (surge tank, primer pump, efi pump) $500-800
-Filters, oils, spark plugs, timining belt $200-250

And if you want to be safe
- Big brakes $950, cos of the brakes you need
- 15inch wheels & tyres $1300
- Suspension $300-$2800

As you can see It's NOT THAT CHEAP.

I got my 75 civic for $95AUS (yes 95 bucks), and over the past 12 months I have spend $10-11 grand, and I'm still not finished.

Wow it's really gone up in price. When i picked up my turbo II it came with everything need for the complete conversion(there are pics of it somewhere on here?)I only paid $1500.00 cad (including shipping to Canada)the only other cost was the water pump/belt/wiring diagram that i purchased from Racecraft. And this was less than a year ago...

Yeah, we were one of the lucky ones.

Alternatively, you can wait till someone sells a conversion already completed and save yourself all the hassle and money. I regularly see them pop up in the Trading Post here in Sydney - usually for somewhere between $3000 and $5000.

I personally would not touch those cars with a ten foot pole. I've seen a couple and they were like a World War 2 bomb that you found in the field. You don't know when it will blow up.

From what I seen these guys gave up half way through the conversion and decided to do a bodgy job so they could get it running and sell it.
